Why The Vegan Mime School for Robots?

If you have prosthetic limbs or bionic implements and have always wanted to investigate the world of mime. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!
Plus, here at the VMSR we respect the rights of animals on our planet.
There are many mime schools in the world, but only one for robot vegans!

The Vegan Mime Robot School was established in 1876 following the Prussian war.  Soldiers were returning to Paris with severed limbs and crushed souls.  Many of them wanted to engage in the illustrious craft of miming but schools were unwilling to admit them due to the dangers of stabbing with their prosthetic limbs and hook hands.

That's where the VMR school came in! We recognized the contribution of our veterans limbs and we wanted them to experience to joy of miming.

Our founder, Hans Schmetterling, was also a veteran of the Prussian war.  He was not amputee, but during a military campaign he had to severe the limb of his brother in the field, in order to save his life.  This was not an easy feet, as less than 50 feet away lay the trench of enemy Prussian soldiers.  Han's brother Ernst could not make a sound during the extremely painful amputation.  Instead Hans could only mime his pain, thus becoming the first member of the vegan mime robot school.

The horrible experience of amputation allowed Hans to understand the suffering of animals, leading him to veganism.

The VMR School refuses to murder animals for meat, nor will it subjugate animals in milk slavery.  The campus is 100% vegan, students are not allowed to bring in animal based foods.

Please, also, refrain from wearing leather.

The Final Exam

All mimes at the VMR School must complete a final exam.

The exam has two parts:

1. Miming the tragic death of Ernst Schmetterling

All student mimes will mime the death of Ernst. The great grandson of Hans Schmetterling, Archer von Kranken officiates all mime final exams for accuracy. The part of Hans will be played by Archer's wife Clara.

Students will mime the initial blast, followed by the amputation. Archer will be judging based on ability to mime fear, pain and anguish.

2. Miming on the Streets of Paris

Those students who pass the amputation mime, will then be escorted to the streets of Paris. Students will have an opportunity to put their skills into practice as they mime for donations. All proceeds will go to the Ernst Schmetterling Amputee Scholarship Foundation. Mimes must earn the equivalent of 60000 Prussian Marcs (roughly $12.83) which was the burial cost Ernst's amputated limb.
